You have already built your webinar page in Webflow. The headline, layout and brand feel right. You can keep that page and use a GoWebinars form to collect the registration details behind it. Here is how the embed setup fits together.

THE TAKEAWAY

Webflow hosts the page. GoWebinars handles its embedded registration form and attendee record. This guide covers the embed workflow being prepared for launch; public access is currently waitlist-only.

Start with the page you already have.

This setup uses a Code Embed element, rather than a native Webflow app. Your Webflow plan must support custom code. Check the current requirements in Webflow’s documentation linked below before you start.

The form collects information directly into the selected GoWebinars webinar. It does not import submissions from an existing Webflow form. Use the GoWebinars form in the place where you want visitors to register.

Conceptual flow: your website contains the form; GoWebinars receives the registration.

Set up your form in GoWebinars.

Open your webinar’s registration page settings and expand “Use this form on my website.” Under Website, add the addresses where you will install the form. Use the website origin, such as https://www.example.com, without a page path. Add every version you actually use, including your Webflow staging address if you will test there.

Choose the GoWebinars confirmation page, or enter your own confirmation page address. A custom confirmation page needs its website address allowed too, plus the separate confirmation code that provides the attendee’s personal access widget.

Under Form, choose the contact fields, review any custom questions and set your button text and colors. Under Install, enable the form, wait for the settings to save and copy the registration code.

Place the code on your Webflow page.

In Webflow, add a Code Embed element where the form belongs, paste the complete registration code, then save it. Publish to your test domain to check the result; script-based embeds can look different in the Designer.

If you chose a custom confirmation page, install the separate confirmation code there as well. Keep registration code and confirmation code on their respective pages.

Test from registration to personal access.

Visit the published test page and submit a name and email you control. Check that the person appears under the correct webinar in GoWebinars and that custom answers were saved. Follow the confirmation step and test the personal join link in a separate browser session.

Embedding a form does not turn on reminders. Your existing reminder settings still apply. If you have configured email delivery, test that separately. External page visits and opt-in rate are not tracked by this embed.

Repeat on a phone, including a missing required answer and an invalid email. If the form does not load, check that it is enabled, the changes saved, the full code is installed and the published website address matches an allowed address.
